Look, I'm ahead of the game for once!

Theme for 2/5: tools you own- esp the odd ones you had to have and don't really use now.

Theme for 2/12: thread, thread, glorious thread. For folks that don't use thread, toss in some yarn or other stringy stuff, okay?

Theme for 2/19: LOVE. Either it has hearts on it, is purple, pink or red, or was given to you by a love...

Stash Away!

To quote my least favorite new mother, Ooops, I did it again...

Yet again, I missed a week.

Here's what I bought on vacation. Where was I? Hint: the fabric DIDN'T stay there...


And, this week was two views of your stash- organized and also creative chaos. It worked well with my need to rip everything apart and reorganize. I *think* things are sorted in an easier to access fashion now... Probably. Until I change my mind and rip it all apart again...

Hint: if you click on the photo of the organized view, there are notes telling you what treasures are hiding where...

Swap?

Anyone out there interested in a stash swap? It would be stash specific- ie you'd sign up and say what types of stash you have to swap and would be open to receiving. (For me, Ihave fabric, some yarn, and some embellishments, and would be open to receiving all 3... For someone else, it might be just 100% cotton fabric...)

Let me know what folks think, okay?

Ketchup!

Here I am playing ketchup again, and no french fries in sight.

Ouch.

I went to post yesterday, and blogger seemed to be feeling a little off. I lost an eniter post, grumble, but then, had I done them on time, it wouldn't have happened.

Novelties was fun and lovely.



Stripes were funky and nifty.


Next week will be- things bought away from home- while travelling, etc. If you've never done that, what about things bought online, sight unseen IRL?

I went on a fabric binge at several end of year sales, and that was supposed to hold me for a while. For fabric, at least. I'm so new to knitting that I specifically set aside funds for some SEX...
