Blog-roll updated!!!

Happy Halloween!!

I didn't even get to my Stash Sunday this week....going to have to call it Stash Monday (if I can find a quick picture!)!

Anyway, everyone (except a few I had questions on) that emailed me SHOULD be in the sidebar...if you aren't feel free to email me or leave a comment here. I think I can just link to a flickr page too if that's all you have.

Theme for 1st Sunday in November

How bout... show us something REALLY old in your stash. Be creative- it can be something you've owned for longer than you care to admit, or... something vintage... or ??? Show us!

Stash Sunday # 5 (early, cause I'm such an overachiever!)

Okay, I'm not really an overacheiver but I'm going to be too busy tomorrow to post my Stash Sunday. Here's my last Halloween installment, this year anyway! I got the last 3/4 yard of this fabric (at least in this colorway) from EQuilter. Don't have a clue what to do with it, but I have until next Halloween to figure it out, right? Can't wait to see what treasures the rest of you pull out tomorrow!

Lookie lookie!

Here are just some of the cool treats shared by stash-a-holics yesterday.

Blog-roll update

I'm getting ready to start listing the participants on the blog here....again, feel free to contact me if you want to be included, but don't feel slighted if you're not on there yet! I was out of town this weekend and I'm trying desperately to catch up!

Theme Update

I just realized- I mentioned this on the Flickr site but not here. If you're not up for whatever theme we come up with (and suggestions are mighty welcome), then feel free to post whatever strikes your fancy.

Stash Sunday #4

In keeping with my self-declared halloween theme, there's MY contribution this week. The Hubby is a big fan of all things skeletal which extends to Day of the Dead. So, I buy up any cool fabric in that vein I happen to come across. This stuff has been hanging around for ?1 year?, waiting for insipration.

Check out some other contributions in our ever growing Flickr Group!

Let's do Halloween/Fall theme through the end of the month! Thanks, everyone, for joining in!

Bienvenue a Stash Sunday!

Welcome to Stash Sunday!!!! I thought we'd start a blog totally devoted to Stash Sunday, so here I am. Basically, this will serve as the admin spot for Stash Sunday. Questions? Comments? Points of Interest? Bring 'em here.

Dont't forget we have a flickr group just for us Stash Junkies... Come and check it out.

What is Stash Sunday, you may be thinking... Stash Sunday is for any sort of creative person. Do you quilt, knit, bead, make dolls, paper journals, etc.? Do you hoard materials for these projects in your stash? Then this may be the place for you! Every Sunday (or thereabouts), Stash Sunday participants will take a pic of something they've been squirreling away. If you blog, post it on your blog. Post it in the Flickr group too. And most important, tell us all about it! The wonderful Mary Frances has generated a button for us, and as soon as I figure out how, I'll set that up so bloggers can link to this site... Oooh, exciting!

Every week, stop on by to check out this week's Stash Sunday. We're thinking of making it themed a la Self Portrait Tuesday. So, for Sunday 10/123, let's all dig out something halloween-y. It doesn't have to have ghosties printed on it- it could be lovely orange yarn, shiny purple beads, etc. Be creative!
